About Centrl Studio
Centrl Studio is studio management software for Indian yoga, dance, and fitness businesses. It was not designed in a boardroom from generic requirements — it was shaped inside Riyasa Studio in Baner, Pune, where memberships, payments, attendance, and WhatsApp follow-ups had to work together or the business suffered.
Today the product is led by Sajal Ghatpande and used daily at Riyasa Studio. We are onboarding additional studios through an early-access program so more owners can replace scattered tools with one clear system built for how Indian teams actually work.
We exist so studio owners spend less time chasing spreadsheets and more time with students. Our mission is to give every growing Indian studio — from a single room in Pune to multi-location teams — reliable operations, honest billing, and communication on the channels members already use, especially WhatsApp.
We believe professional studio management should not require enterprise pricing or a full-time admin just to keep records straight. Software should reduce chaos on day one, not add another login nobody understands.
Sajal Ghatpande started Riyasa Studio to teach and build a community around dance and fitness in Baner. As the studio grew, the operational load grew faster: tracking who paid for which plan, which batch had space, who needed a renewal message, and whether last month's GST receipt was correct.
Off-the-shelf tools were either built for Western gym chains or priced like enterprise SaaS. None matched the rhythm of an Indian studio — UPI and cash mix, package renewals, instructor schedules, and parents asking on WhatsApp whether class is on tomorrow.
The breaking point was familiar: three different places for attendance, payments, and messages, and still no single answer to "who is overdue this week?" Centrl Studio was built to answer that question once, then automate the follow-ups. The first version ran inside Riyasa before it became a product other studios could adopt.

We separate what is live in production at Riyasa Studio from projected capacity and public growth targets. Figures labeled projected capacity are modeled from current operations — not network-wide totals across every studio on the platform.

While running Riyasa Studio in Baner, we juggled spreadsheets, WhatsApp threads, and separate billing tools. Renewals slipped, receipts took too long, and the team spent hours reconciling instead of teaching.
